Attorney Big Al Opening Office In Virginia

We’re excited to announce the opening of our 12th location in Virginia! The name of our newest location is Commonwealth Accident Injury Law, and the focus of this location is vehicular accident cases and the goal is to make it easier for clients to navigate this area of the law.

Attorney Big Al’s Virginia office is run by principal attorney Christian Simpson. Christian Simpson grew up in Alexandria, and went to law school at William and Mary Law School. His career started as an insurance defense attorney, where he represented health care providers during complex medical negligence cases. He’s represented whistleblowers whose goal was to protect the government from companies with fraudulent activities.

Afterwards, Christian Simpson started working with a Maryland personal injury firm where he was able to bring his experience as an advocate for individuals and superior knowledge of insurance defense tactics. He worked for clients injured in car accidents and nursing homes. Christian Simpson is not only licensed to practice in Virginia, but Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Christian Simpson’s move to working as a personal injury lawyer came from wanting to work face-to-face with clients, and to help them navigate what’s proven to be a difficult to understand part of the law, especially the litigation process.

The firm handles a wide range of vehicular accident cases including:

  • Car Accidents
  • Motorcycle Accidents
  • Truck Accidents
  • Drunk Driving Accidents
  • Pedestrian Cases
  • Cycling Cases

By keeping their focus narrow and specialized, Christian Simpson is able to leverage his expertise in both insurance and personal injury law. He claims that by focusing on one specific area of personal injury law, it’s the best way “to be the best at what we do.”

Big Al’s goal is to have a personal injury firm in every state. Thus, we’re excited to continue to expand the franchise. Our goal is always to continue to provide remuneration and support to personal injury accident victims. The launch of Commonwealth Accident Injury Law run by Christian Simpson is another step towards reaching the goal of having a firm in every state.

Another positive results of having an expanded reach across the United States is to set the record straight about Attorney Big Al.

People often ask about the origin of the concept. Big Al started from a desire to help as many injured people as possible, but in a different way than many other personal injury firms were operating at the time.

Typical lawyer commercials are no longer effective. People ignore them. Instead, it made sense to make a legal services “brand.” The brand had to be nationally recognizable, so if someone got in an accident in any one of the United States, they’d have one specific brand to keep in mind. The idea of Attorney Big Al and 1-800-HURT-123 are pretty simplistic, but easily understood.

Besides branding, Attorney Big Al has always focused on an underserved market: the 18-35 year old urban population. Attorneys weren’t focusing on them, so it was a market that could be helped in personal injury law. Others tried to copy this focus and style, but it’s certainly hard to beat the original. Attorney Big Al Started in Florida and was rapidly expanding.

Soon, Big Al attained a staff of over 40 individuals, and was securing over 100s of new quality clients each month. It was time to try and duplicate the success in other states, by working with new lawyers and licensing the brand.

Real traction with the brand of “Attorney Big Al” happened when we first opened another office in Atlanta. He launched an identical campaign to the one that was already started, and it worked! Attorney Big Al had gone national, and more and more people became interested in the brand.

Today, Attorney Big Al is represented in 20 cities over 9 states. There isn’t a single market where attorneys have joined and not found success. These lawyers in turn have signed long term commitments to the brand and have acquired multiple markets.

So whether your accident occurred in Virginia, or another state, Big Al can help. Give us a call for a free consultation at 1-800-HURT-123 or visit us online at http://hurt123.com/ for more information. Or if you’re interested in working with Big Al – give us a call! We’d love to hear from you.
